Bells of the Hills will present their spring concert, "Prairie Song" on Sunday, May 12, at Westminster Presbyterian Church (1012 Soo San Dr.) in Rapid City at 4:00 p.m. This concert celebrates life in South Dakota, nature, and Native American culture. Selections include "Windscape" by South Dakota composer Cathy Moklebust, Kathleen Wissinger's "One Great Spirit" commissioned for the Pine Ridge Reservation, and many other exciting works. Also featured are "Anitra's Dance" by Edward Grieg and a transcription of "Good Vibrations" by the Beach Boys. Admission is free with freewill donations to be collected at intermission.

On Sunday, April 28 at 3 p.m. (CDT), Bells of the Hills will be performing a joint concert with Heartland Handbells at the First Congregational Church in Sioux Falls. This concert features combined selections and performances by both of the choirs. Selections are related to life in our state from hill to prairie and celebrating Native American culture.
